Section 2 - Authentic Ukrainian Artisan Products & Handcrafted Variations
TwoSorokas specializes in authentic Ukrainian cultural garments, hand-embroidered Vyshyvankas, traditional dresses, beaded jewelry (Gerdans, sylyankas), and folk accessories. Many pieces are individually crafted by master Ukrainian artisans and workshops using traditional techniques, natural linen, and cotton fabrics.
Natural Variations: Because of the genuine handmade nature of our items, subtle variations in embroidery stitch tension, color hue nuances, bead placement, or natural fabric weave are inherent characteristics of artisan craftsmanship and heritage folklore production. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
Sizing & Fit: Sizing charts with precise measurements in centimeters (cm) and inches (in) are provided for each garment. Because Ukrainian traditional tailoring may differ from modern commercial fast-fashion sizing, we strongly urge customers to consult measurements before ordering. If you have questions regarding fit, please contact our support team prior to purchasing.
Section 3 - Prices, Taxes & Currency
All prices displayed on twosorokas.com are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. As a registered Canadian business operating in Manitoba, applicable sales taxes are automatically calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping destination address in accordance with Canadian tax legislation:
- Manitoba: 5% Federal GST (GST #79977 3445 RT0001) + 7% Manitoba Retail Sales Tax (PST #2-026-327-553).
- Other Canadian Provinces & Territories: 5% GST or applicable Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) based on the destination province (e.g., 13% in Ontario; 15% in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, and Prince Edward Island).
Section 4 - Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Section 5 - Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We provide tracking information for all shipments.
Section 6 - Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Our return and refund guidelines are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy. Customers have 7 calendar days from package delivery to request an eligible return. Custom-made items, made-to-measure embroidery, pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons), and clearance items are strictly Final Sale.
Section 7 - Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights
The TwoSorokas name, magpie and embroidery chest logos, graphic marks, custom typography, website design, layout, photographic assets, and catalog texts are protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws. No portion of this site or its assets may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or exploited for any commercial purpose without express written permission from TwoSorokas.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Payment transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or authorized Canadian banking gateways. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party websites or services.
